Tru by Hilton Ashburn One Loudoun

For guests staying at the Tru by Hilton, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue. Please use the link below to book via our hotel block. There is free parking on site, free breakfast in the morning, among other on-site amenities. Please e-mail us directly at harthfreedman@gmail.com if you receive a notification that the block is unavailable. It's likely that we'll just need to make more rooms available.

Flight

Dulles Airport (IAD)

The Tru by Hilton One Loudoun is located within a 15 minute drive from Dulles Airport. The hotel offers a shuttle, but Uber or Lyft is also an option to/from the airport.

Flight

Washington National Airport (DCA)

DCA is located approximately 45 minutes from our hotel block in Ashburn. There is no free shuttle, and guests should anticipate traffic to/from the venue. DCA is an acceptable option for those renting a car and those who are looking to stay in a different hotel closer to the city!

Train

Amtrak

It is possible to reach our hotel block via a combination of Amtrak & DC Metrorail. Folks from New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania can take one of the many regional trains to Washington Union Station. From there, you can hop on a red line train to Metro Center, and transfer to a silver line train headed west (towards either Wiehle-Reston or Ashburn). From either of those stops, a short 15-20 minute Uber ride will get you to the hotel block. It's more convenient and relaxing than the description above suggests.
