Yes! A hotel block is available at the Cambria Hotel and can be reserved at the following link: https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/SH13W8 The hotel is a 7-10 minute drive from the wedding venue and is very close to the Nulu neighborhood. Cambria has a restaurant and bar on site and is across the street from both a Wild Eggs and Jimmy Johns if you get hungry!

We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children, however we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families. We understand some of you may be traveling with children; they are more than welcome at West 6th Thursday night!

Cocktail/Semi-Formal Please avoid jeans and the color green as well as any colors traditionally reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory).

The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30. Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for parking and finding the ceremony space.

The Pigment Gallery is on the right side of the building if facing it from the parking lot. The easiest way to get to the gallery is by walking up the sidewalk on Delmont Ave and through the main gate. The Pigment Gallery is connected to the rental office and signage will be visible. The reception will take place in the Monet Room, which is on the opposite end of the main building, on the left if standing in the parking lot.

We will not be providing transportation, however the venue is very close to the hotel! We recommend an Uber or Lyft for those not wanting to drive.

Mellwood offers a large, free, parking lot across the street that is open to our guests for the entirety of the event.

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will take place in the Pigment Gallery, followed by the reception in the Monet Room across the building. There is both an indoor and outdoor option to get from one location to the other.

We'll have a large grazing table with sandwiches, a mashed potato bar, heavy hor d'oeuvres, desserts, and a late night snack of Skyline Chili. Gluten free options included
