We have arranged for transportation from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Brookshire venue for you to use. The bus will be ready for boarding at 4:00pm on Saturday June 18th and will leave the hotel by 4:30pm sharp. The wedding starts at 5:30pm – so the bus should have you there by 5:00pm, with plenty of time to find your seat and get settled. If you are staying at the Hilton Hotel, John Ewald will transport you to the Hilton Garden Inn at 4pm sharp, to load on the bus with the other travelers. You can meet him at the front of the hotel to travel over. John’s phone no. is: 240-446-7899. The bus will make return trips to BOTH HOTELS starting at 8pm in the evening – and will make the trip every hour until last call at 11pm.
