Please RSVP by April 20th, 2026.
3:20-3:45pm to find your seat, grab a drink, and settle in — we will start promptly at 4pm so that we can start celebrating!
Cocktail Garden Party attire for our backyard wedding is wonderful! That could be a suit, two-piece ensemble, sundress, cocktail dress, or jumpsuit. Please note that the Ceremony and Reception will be in the Ingwersen backyard - heels will sink. If you have any questions, please reach out to Max or Gretchen :) We want our guests to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate!
Yes, we have a wedding registry! We don't have an expectation for gifts and understand the realities of traveling and attending a wedding can be costly, especially for our guests who are traveling from other states and locations to celebrate our wedding—thank you! If you still feel led to purchase a gift, you can find details on the Registry page for different items that will better warm our home and allow us to take adventures with our dogs.
Yes, please do let us know if you have a food allergy or any specific dietary needs. We will make sure to accommodate your request!
Parking will be limited to predetermined guests. The best way to commute to The Ingwersen Residence is via rideshare like Lyft/Uber, for transit from your hotel or taking public transit from NYC. Let Gretchen or Max know if you have questions - we are glad to help assist with the best option for you regarding transportation.
Yes! We recommend staying at either the DoubleTree by Hilton in Fairfield, NJ or the Ramada by Wyndham also in Fairfield, right across the street. Both out of town friends/family and wedding party members, plan to stay at either one of these hotels. Let us know if we can assist on helping you discern where to stay!
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests in the Ingwersen backyard and honor the intimate nature of our wedding, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included on 6/20. Thank you so much for understanding!
There are a few public transit options to commute to Clifton from NYC. The best option is a bus from the 42nd St Port Authority, accessible via the 191, 192, 195 line(s). Please note if you are traveling from NYC and plan to take public transit that the World Cup is the same weekend at MetLife Stadium. NJ transit is expected to be very difficult with 34th St Penn Station only accessible with a World Cup ticket. Lyfts/Ubers are also expected to be pricey going back and forth from the city. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to Gretchen (Max is a Jersey boy and his signature move is to commute by car).
As we expect to celebrate accordingly, we have decided to enjoy an adults-only evening.
