Shuttle is available to and from the Crowe Plaza Albany Desmond Hotel to the venue. The shuttle will leave promptly at 3:45pm, please arrive early to begin loading.

As of the RSVP date 5/12, our hotel room block at the Crowne Plaza Albany- Desmond Hotel is almost full. You can check our link below or call the phone number listed to see if there is anymore rooms open. Otherwise we are posting information for other hotels in the area that have availability our wedding weekend.

Crowne Plaza Albany - the Desmond Hotel, an IHG Hotel
This hotel can be accessed from the airport by a free shuttle. You click on the "View" button below to book online directly. There are two room options: rooms with a king bed, and rooms with two queen beds. The online booking link below automatically defaults to a specified date. If you need to change the dates, just click on the dates in the search bar at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can book your reservation by calling the Hotel directly at 518-869-8100 and using Group MLZ for the discounted wedding room rate. The dates our rate includes are Friday and Saturday night, June 20th and June 21st. The reservation cut-off date is May 30th, 2025 and cannot be extended. *If you go to book online and do not see the room of your preference available (king versus double queen) you can call the hotel sales office directly at 518-640-6170 Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM, and ask to speak to Franny. Mention our booking code and room block and they can book you manually depending on room availability.
