Have a Beach Day at the MB
Both room blocks are located on North Beach in Miami. North Beach is beautiful and a little more mellow than South Beach, making it a great place for a beach day. The MB has options for guests and non-guests to reserve chairs and umbrellas, order snacks and drinks, and generally have a great beach and pool day. The Nobu Hotel has a private beach area and pool for guests.

Visit Pérez Art Museum Miami
A beautifully curated modern art museum overlooking the water. We recommend visiting the galleries for a few hours and then having lunch at Verde. The museum also usually has several kid-friendly spaces and activities.
Walk Around the Wynwood Walls
Check out the murals in Wynwood, then stop at one of the many restaurants and bars in the area for brunch, lunch, dinner, or live music.
Brunch or Sunset at Lido Bayside
Make a reservation at The Standard's Lido Bayside Grill for brunch or an early sunset dinner. The food is yummy, the views are fantastic, and paddle board rentals are available next door if you want to exercise before or after your meal.
Visit Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden
Visit Fairchild Tropical Garden in Coral Gables which is beautiful year-round.
Day Trip to Shark Valley
If you rented a car and are interested in a day trip to the Everglades, Shark Valley is a beautiful part of Everglades National Park ~ 1 hour from North Beach. You can rent bikes, schedule a tram tour, or walk, and you are virtually guaranteed to see alligators on this loop. Don't worry-- they're very lazy and just lie there!
Dinner and Live Music at Cafe La Trova
Cafe La Trova is an award-winning Cuban restaurant in Little Havana. They have great food, a fun ambiance, and a live band every night. As a heads up, the music is fun and LOUD! This is not the place for you if you want to sit and chat.
Charter a Boat
There are tons of options for boat charters if you are looking to plan a boat day during your Miami weekend. We have included the contact for Florida Yacht International because we know them, they are lovely, and have great options for groups. However, there are many other charter companies (e.g. if you are looking for a smaller boat or catamaran) so feel free to research around and find an option that works best for you.
