What is the wedding day schedule?

Answer

We ask guests to arrive at our venue by 4:00pm. Shuttles will leave from The Four Seasons, Hyatt Regency Westlake, and Residence Inn by Marriott to get you there on time. Our reception will immediately follow the ceremony and will end at 11:00pm. Shuttles will take you back to the Hyatt, Residence Inn by Marriott and The Four Seasons. All guests are welcome to continue the celebration with us at an afterparty at Louie's, a short drive from the hotels. Shuttles will take guests to Louie's for the after party and will also take guests from Louie's to the Hyatt, Marriott Residence Inn and The Four Seasons.

Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?

Answer

Shuttles will leave from The Four Seasons, Hyatt Regency Westlake, and Residence Inn by Marriott to take guests to the venue. Shuttles will return to the hotels and the after party at the end of the reception. Shuttles will also pick up from the afterparty and return guests to these hotels. Please see the schedule for additional shuttle information. There is also ample parking at the venue for those driving themselves and overnight parking is permitted at the venue if necessary. There is also an Uber/Lyft drop-off/pick-up area at the venue.

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! If you need local babysitter recommendations or referrals, we are happy to provide one.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

What should I wear?

Answer

Wedding attire is Black-Tie preferred. If you have a tuxedo or a formal full-length dress/elegant pantsuit in your closet, dust it off! If you do not, a dark suit or cocktail dress works great as well. Have fun with it! For Friday night's welcome party, please come dressed in your interpretation of "courtside chic," with the only requirement being that the outfit be white. Note that the athletic center has pickleball courts that will be open for one hour. If you want to play pickleball, please wear or bring sneakers. Sunday Brunch attire-- come as you are.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire wedding is outdoors. There will be fire pits, heat lamps and blankets available.
