We met at J King Neptune's in Sunset Beach on Chelsea's 21st birthday. It was a casual night, and we didn’t think much of it at the time. However, as we got to know each other, we realized we had a lot in common — both attending Cal State Fullerton and sharing similar interests. Our friendship quickly turned into something more, and on April 20th, Max asked Chelsea to be his girlfriend at Top of the World in Laguna Beach. Six years later, standing in the same spot, Max proposed — and we couldn’t be more excited to begin this next chapter together.
