There's only one shuttle that leaves at 6pm for the welcome dinner so make sure to arrive in lobby at 5:50pm. The shuttle from Caffe Lunna leaves at 9pm.

Shuttle from Homewood Suites to Wedding Venue

We’ve arranged a complimentary shuttle to and from the wedding venue for guests staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh/Cary. 🕓 Before the Ceremony The shuttle will make two trips to The Oaks at Salem: First Shuttle: Departs hotel at 4:00 PM Second Shuttle: Departs hotel at 4:20 PM Please be in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before departure. Our ceremony begins at 5:00 PM, and we ask that all guests be seated around 4:30 PM (no later than 4:45 PM). 🌙 After the Reception The shuttle will return to the hotel in three waves: Early Shuttle: 9:30 PM (for anyone ready to head back early) Main Shuttle: 10:30 PM (right as the event ends) Final Shuttle: 10:45 PM
