Our Engagement Story : As Told by Max

Having bought the perfect ring for Brianna back in 2017, I traveled to her dorm and took her to her favorite restaurant to treat her to lunch. It was a ramen shop, and a place we had frequented often when celebrating milestones. After enjoying a lovely lunch with her, I told her I had a present for her and to close her eyes and hold out her hands. When she did, I slipped the ring onto her finger. As soon as she opened her eyes and saw it I asked her to marry me. The rest, as they say, is history.

The Buliding of Our Engagement Party

As many of you know Brianna’s parents have undergone an ambitious project of extending their house for some time. Once we were engaged the project went into overdrive. Every weekend and moment leading up to the engagement party has been devoted to building a place to enjoy time with our friends and family. From installing hardwood floors to putting insulation and drywall in there has been plenty of work to do. We are very grateful for all of our friends and family that have helped in the process especially the father of the bride Bryan Burke who has literally built the engagement party venue from the ground up.
