We first met at our alma mater, Lasell College! Max was quick to show interest when Alexa walked into class as a transfer student in the fall of 2018. From then on, Max created what he refers to as his "10-step plan" to go on a date with Alexa. One of which was getting Alexa to join Lasell's Student Alumni Association so he no longer had to invent reasons to get her to talk to him. What started as, weekly club meetings turned into study groups, campus events, and eventually dining hall meals blossoming into a 7-year adventure. We have enjoyed many happy years living in the neighborhoods of Boston, trying all the hot spot eateries, cafés, and beloved Beantown classics. We've also added to our little family with rescue cats, Monty & Marty. Two fur balls that have the funniest personalities, love snuggles, playing, and plotting how to steal people food. Acadia National Park is where we spent our very first vacation as a couple, eating donuts and drinking coffee the whole 6-hour drive up. It is also where Max took Alexa to propose. Maine is a place we feel free to hike, eat the freshest seafood, and explore the unique New England landscape. This didn't start with us, though, Alexa's Grammie & Grandpa Sabia used to vacation in Kennebunkport taking the whole family, no phones or television. Just puzzles, crab catching & races, shopping at L.L. Bean, and of course, lobster boils. We can't wait for you all to join us and experience coastal Maine in the fall that we have come to love so deeply!
