What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There will be welcome drinks for all guests beginning at 5:30pm and we ask all guests to arrive and be seated by 5:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between Hotel Fort Des Moines and Jasper Winery for all guests. Shuttles will begin departing from Hotel Fort Des Moines at 5:00 PM and will run continuously between the hotel and the venue throughout the evening, with the final return shuttle at 1:30 AM. We kindly ask that guests plan to arrive at Jasper Winery no later than 5:45 PM.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will primarily be outside, while dinner will be indoors.

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request this be an adults-only wedding. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

All guests who are invited will be stated on your formal invitation, thank you for understanding.

Think formal attire (black tie optional): long dresses and suits.

There is private parking lot located at Jasper Winery, which guests are welcome to use.
