Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love your kids, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. Therefore, we will be having an adult-only reception. We hope you see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Only if your wedding invitation is addressed to you and "and Guest" you are allowed to bring a plus one. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Where is the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Whitesville, KY. The reception will take place immediately after in the West Exhibit Building (red barn across from Bittel Hall) of the Daviess County Fairgrounds in Philpot, KY.

Where do we park?

Answer

You are able to park pretty much anywhere at the Daviess County Fair grounds, even the grassy areas. However, the Bittel Hall entrance and parking lot is the closest to the reception barn.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures inside the church with family. However, guests can head straight to the reception area where we will provide food, an open bar, and music.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “will not attend” so we can plan accordingly.
