What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

My lovely ladies will be wearing Rose Quartz dresses, shown in the picture above :)

Will there be any transportation?

Answer

Yes! We have booked a trolley for hotel to venue and end of night transportation. From the Kimpton and Notary, the trolley will be making 3 trips: 2:20 pm, 2:50 pm, 3:15 pm final call. End of night transportation begins at 9pm to both hotels!

Is there valet parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Available for all guests who are driving and starts at 2:30 pm.

Will there be an open bar?

YES! Please make sure to support our wonderful venue staff at the bar with tips!

I have dietary restrictions- who should I inform?

Answer

Please let Vanessa know if you need a vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc meal as soon as possible.

Check in for the Kimpton is at 3pm, where do I go to get ready if my room is not ready earlier?

Answer

Should you arrive before your room is ready, there is a meeting room on the second floor that our guests will be able to drop their bags off at and get ready in, just ask the front desk.
