Our Story
In December 2023, Mavrick and Alexandria's mutual friend tried to introduce the two. However, with Mavrick in Houston and Alexandria in San Antonio, they both believed the distance might not work. Fate had other plans.
In February 2024 Mavrick and Alexandria, both in the wedding, attended the friend's engagement party. When Alexandria walked in, she noticed Mavrick—but pretended not to while Mavrick made it known. That night they stayed over with their friends and were the first ones awake that morning. What started as casual conversation turned into hours of effortless connection.
Two weeks later, Mavrick drove to San Antonio for their first date that was 25 hours! From that moment on, they were inseparable and spent nearly every weekend together. The distance that once seemed like a dealbreaker became insignificant.
In May 2025, Mavrick proposed to Alexandria in Vernazza, Italy. Surrounded by the beauty of the Italian coast, she said yes and the next chapter of their story began.
