If you have any other questions than what's listed here, just let us know and we'll figure it out!
Question

Why is my name not coming up to RSVP for wedding events?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only and we are keeping the guest list small. While we wish we could accommodate our extended family and friends, at this time only immediate family and the wedding party are invited. For all the family and friends that we can’t invite to the wedding, we join you to celebrate with us at the bridal shower! Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

A passport is required for travel to Mexico. Processing times can vary, so we suggest applying early. If it's your first time applying for a passport, you'll need to do so in person. More details can be found here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html

Question

What currency do they use in Los Cabos?

Answer

The peso is Mexico's national currency, though many places in Los Cabos accept U.S. dollars for convenience. Major credit cards are also accepted in most establishments. Banks offer currency exchange during business hours. Universal ATMs are widely available for cash withdrawals at the current exchange rate, and most ATMs have menus in English. The ATMs only dispense pesos. We recommend bringing multiple forms of payment, just to be safe. Cash will be needed for tipping, taxis, etc. Please note, Discover and AMEX are widely unaccepted in Mexico. We recommend bringing a Visa or Mastercard.

Question

Can I drink the water in Mexico?

Answer

As a rule of thumb, you should stick to bottled or purified water in Mexico. All of the restaurants and hotels only serve purified water and YES, the ice is safe. The key to good health when traveling ANYWHERE is hydration and sunscreen. For more information, visit: https://www.tripsavvy.com/can-i-drink-water-in-mexico-1589019

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Both the rehearsal dinner and the ceremony/reception will take place outdoors. The temp will be in the 70-80s and will drop to the 60s at night. Heels are welcome for the dinner and ceremony. Cocktail and semi-formal attire is requested for those not in the wedding party. Rehearsal Dinner Attire: fun Hawaiian shirts with nice khaki shorts/pants for the guys (no cargo shorts please) and bright/bold colored cocktail attire for the ladies. Have fun with it! We will be on a boat, so keep that in mind for shoes.

Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The Wedding Venue is Flora Farms - transportation to and from will be provided.

Question

Are there other events aside from your wedding that I can attend?

Answer

Yes, check out the "Schedule" tab for details! Stay tuned for details about other events and check back from time to time on our website for more information.

Question

What about transportation?

Answer

Transportation will be covered from the airport TO the resort. You will need to set up transportation from the resort BACK TO the airport ($7 per person) upon check-in. We will also have transport set up to take everyone from the resort to Flora Farms and back at the end of the night. Outside of this, taxis are available at all times and cost anywhere from $7-25 dollars for one-way rides. You will need cash for the taxis. Uber is available, however typically taxis are recommended.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We're so grateful that you're making the trip to Mexico for our special day, and your presence is a gift enough! Still, many of you have asked about a registry. Please click the Registry tab to view. We request that you please do not bring registry gifts with you to Cabo. Please keep at home and give to us later or send to our home address.
