Yes! A shuttle will be provided to and from the hotel. Pick-up times from the hotel to the venue will be at approximately 4:00pm and 4:30pm. Pick-up times from the venue back to the hotel will be at approximately 10:30pm and 11:05pm. **These are estimated times. Times may be earlier or later depending on how many guests use the shuttle. To be safe, be ready and in the hotel lobby earlier than the given times. For guests who arrive early, feel free to relax at the Slopeside Bar & Grill for a drink before the ceremony.
Yes, there is parking at the venue site for those who are not taking the shuttle.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.
