This pair found love back in 2015 through a mutual friend. After exchanging numbers, laughing and talking on the phone all day and night Maurice and Joynell would meet up and grab a bite to eat a couple days a week. Maurice and Joynell are both born and raised in New Orleans Louisiana. Anyone who know Joynell know she loves her crawfish and seafood, even though Maurice is allergic he would just pop up and surprise Joynell with crawfish and butter pecan ice cream. Maurice loves animals, grilling , hanging out with friends and family. In 2016 Maurice and Joynell welcomed their beautiful baby girl Maleah into the world.

December 24, 2019 Maurice proposed in front of Joynells family and friends and asked to spend the rest of their lives together.
