How do I get to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

You can reach San Sophia Overlook and Allred's Restaurant for free via the Telluride gondola. The ceremony takes place at San Sophia Station (the mid-station), and the reception at Allred’s, which is located at the top of the gondola in Mountain Village. If you prefer not to ride the gondola, you will need to arrange a car through one of the approved transportation companies, as the road to San Sophia and Allred’s is private. What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is cowboy chic / mountain chic—a refined Western style with an elegant mountain feel. We encourage guests to dress in polished, formal attire with subtle Western elements. Think flowing dresses, elevated boots, tailored shirts, and classic accessories such as hats. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place outdoors in the mountains. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for uneven terrain and bringing a light layer for cooler temperatures.
