Where should I park for Rehearsal Dinner on Friday Night?

Answer

Short answer: use rideshares (Uber/Lyft) if available :) Longer answer: Street parking is extremely limited in Hoboken, particularly near our building. You may find parking in the vicinity of 16th Street and Adams Street. There is an hourly lot (LAZ Parking Hudson Tea Parking Facility) with entrances at 1450 Bloomfield or the corner of Garden St and 15th St.

What's the dress code?

Answer

For Friday: Festive casual. No jackets required! For Saturday: Semi-formal or Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

5:00 pm, please! Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm.

How should we get to the venue?

The address is 3 2nd Street. The entrance to the ballroom is on the south side of the building. Driving: Complimentary parking is available right next to our venue. Walking: The venue is 0.3 mi from the Hyatt Regency -- a quick 5-8 minute walk along the river. Ride-share: There is convenient drop off for Uber/Lyft. Will be a quick 3-5 minute ride from the hotel.

What's the deal with the plantable Details card?

Answer

The "Details" card in your wedding invitation is printed on handmade postconsumer recycled paper and embedded with seeds, including Snapdragon, Petunia, Beardtongue, Taisy, Thyme, Poppy, Foxglove, Catchfly, Maiden Pinks, and Chamomile. If you plant this paper in a pot or in your garden, please cover with just 1/8" of soil and keep moist (this is important!) until the seeds germinate. The seedlings need to stay hydrated. Once established, the plants will tolerate partial shade and prefer 3 to 4 hours of sunlight a day. If planting isn't your thing, please recycle the details card alongside your invitation card.
