Here is the Club's policy on cell phones: While we understand many guests use their phones for photographs, guests are asked to silence their phones. Phone calls may be made only in designated cell phone areas, which are located throughout the Club. Please feel free to ask where these areas are.
Yes. UBER is available, as well as a number of taxi services.
The reception will begin at 5pm. As there will be roughly 1 hour between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of the reception, light refreshments will be available at the Clubhouse for wedding guests from 4:15-5pm.
About a 5 minute drive. Also, it is about 5 minutes or so from East Hampton House Resort to the church.

The Maidstone Hotel is a very nice hotel near the middle of East Hampton. You are welcome to stay there, but it has no association with the "Maidstone Club", which is where the reception is being held.
