Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please dress in cocktail attire. The terrain of the ceremony and reception is mostly grass and mulch so leave your stilettos at home :) A block heel or wedge would be perfect

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is limited at our venue. There are about 20 spots available off of Old Mammoth Road, right by our venue. These are pullout spots from the road (there is no parking lot). We will have a parking attendant to guide you should you choose to park at the venue. As parking at the venue is limited, we highly recommend taking the shuttles we’ve provided from the Westin in Mammoth Village. Additionally, Lyfts and Ubers are not widely available in Mammoth. For those not staying at the Westin, public parking is available in Mammoth Village, a short walking distance from the Westin shuttle pick up: BERNER STREET PARKING LOT, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546. Parking is available until midnight for a flat rate of $12.

Shuttle Information

Answer

Shuttles will leave from the bottom of the Westin Monache driveway to our ceremony and reception at 3:15pm and 3:30pm. Shuttles will also take our guests back to the Westin at the end of the night.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we think that you could use a weekend off :) With the exception of a few of our guests we have contacted, we ask that our wedding be an adult affair only. If you would like to bring your kids for the weekend, please reach out to our friend Cara at Green Fox Events for some local babysitting recommendations: carar@greenfoxevents.com
