We are a true 21st century love story. Our humble beginnings were birthed from finding each other through one of the many dating apps available to the youths. We shant be naming the specific app until we score a sweet sponsorship deal with them. Our first date was at a local eatery and drinkery called Gio's BBQ Bar & Grill, which was chosen for both the atmosphere and convenient location in Lincoln Square. It was a chilly winter's eve, and we were dressed to the nines in down coats and beanies. It took close to 5 slow minutes for Michael to take off all of his outerwear layers. Audie's patience truly shined through in that moment. We spent the next 3+ hours conversing, soul searching, chortling, and eating loaded tots. It was a lovely first date and we both knew we wanted more. After walking almost all the way home together, Michael sprung into action and snuck in a first peck of a kiss. Audie was smitten, though she will never ever admit that. She skipped across the street to the direction of her apartment (Michael claims, Audie denies). Only a few days later, the bundle of joy known as Sunny came into our lives, and our second date was at Petco to buy him an appropriately sized harness. It was all smooth sailing from there on out.
