Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at LaBelle Winery no later than 4:45 pm, so that you can be seated for the ceremony. If you choose to take the shuttle bus, it will depart from the DoubleTree Hotel at 4:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in cocktail attire. For gentlemen, this includes suits or dressy blazers with dress pants, paired with a button-down shirt and tie. For ladies, this includes knee-length, midi, and floor-length dresses. Please avoid cream, ivory, and white. Bridesmaids will be wearing light blue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle buses will be available transport guests from the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Manchester to LaBelle Winery at 4:00 pm, and back to the DoubleTree Hotel after the reception ends at 10:30 pm. Please visit the “Travel” page on our website for more details.

Is parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! LaBelle Winery has free parking onsite if you prefer to drive yourself to the wedding.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at the DoubleTree Hotel garage. If you book within our hotel block, you will be able to park overnight for a discounted rate of $15 per night. Please bring your parking ticket inside the hotel with you to have it validated for the discounted rate.

What time is hotel check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am.

How can I alert the venue of my dietary restrictions?

Answer

When you RSVP to the wedding, you will be able to specify any dietary restrictions.
