If you're staying in downtown Santa Barbara or nearby we recommend walking or taking a quick Uber or taxi. The venue also has parking on site should you choose to drive yourself, however cars may not be left overnight, and, you know, open bar. Uber within Santa Barbara should be no more than $10.

As much as we will probably love your date, we are looking to keep this day as intimate as possible and celebrate with only our closest friends and family. All invited will be listed on your invitation. If you have questions about this request please let us know!
There are many hotels walking distance, or a short Uber ride, from the venue! For upscale, check out the Kimpton Canary, The Waterman, or The Californian! For the more budget conscious, Best Western Pepper Tree Inn, Hyatt Place Santa Barbara or the Quality Inn are good options. There are also many "big box" hotels in nearby Goleta. Check out our "Travel" page for more info.
While we love your kids and can't wait to join you in parenthood, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Should you opt to bring your kiddos to Santa Barbara, we've heard great things about The Little Guest babysitting services.
The nearest airport is Santa Barbara Municipal (SBA) and is a short 15 minute drive from the venue and downtown Santa Barbara. SBA has direct flights from SFO and connections to most major airports. Other airports are Burbank (1.5 hours) and LAX (2 hours).
First, and most importantly, head to the beach! There's a great boardwalk with tons of people watching and oftentimes street vendors. State Street is an easy walk with fun window shopping and tons of restaurant and bar shopping. The Funk Zone on the south end of State Street is an especially concentrated area of this.
Brophy Bros on the pier for amazing clam chowder, oysters and fish & chips. Shoreline Beach Cafe to put your toes in the sand each eat beach bar food. La Super Rica for a quick, casual lunch of the best tacos, chile relleno, and tamales ever. Via Vai is our go-to italian! Get the Cappuchina Salad. Bettina in Montecito for solid wood oven style pizza. Jeannine's Restaurant & Bakery has a great brunch, we love the Montecito location but either is great! Lucky's is a staple if you're looking for an upscale, moody steakhouse.
