A gorgeous place to walk, eat, and shop. Richard Joshua Reynolds (founder of RJ Reynolds tobacco) established roots in Winston-Salem in the 1870s, and the family built their estate, Reynolda House, in the early 1900s and lived there for decades before it was turned into a museum. The village was built to house workers on the estate's model farm and it's now converted into shops and restaurants. There's plenty of trails and it connects to Wake Forest University's campus.
Great for a group walk. Old Salem is a historic district of Winston-Salem that was originally settled by the Moravian community in 1766. The area is a living history museum that interprets the restored Moravian community, with a lunch spot (Muddy Creek Cafe) and bakery (Winkler's Bakery).
Baked treats and coffee near the hotels.
Fresh Mexican food.
Open Saturday morning, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Located on the edge of Old Salem; it's great for a group walk from the hotels!
Great for coffee downtown.

Amazing spot for dinner with plenty of outdoor seating. Situated in a house that's purported to be haunted, if you're into that.
Casual go-to for Greek food.
We love it for upscale Italian.
