Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

All wedding weekend events are listed on our Schedule page. Outside of those times, the weekend is intentionally open — we hope you’ll explore, relax, and enjoy Boerne at your own pace.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes. We’ve reserved a room block for our wedding weekend. All hotel and booking details can be found on the Travel page.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’ve chosen to host an adults-only reception. Children are welcome to join for other events throughout the weekend. For guests traveling with children, we’ll be happy to share a list of trusted local sitters upon request.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our celebration, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What should I wear?

Answer

Each event offers a unique atmosphere—we invite you to dress accordingly and fully step into the experience of the weekend. • Welcome Event (Friday): Western-Inspired Attire Think elevated Western—denim, boots, statement belts, and flowy dresses with a refined edge. • Wedding (Saturday): Garden Cocktail Attire Elegant, elevated attire suited for an outdoor setting. Long dresses or refined cocktail silhouettes are encouraged, along with suits or jackets. Breathable fabrics are recommended, and ties are welcome but optional. Think romantic, polished, and effortlessly refined. • Farewell Brunch (Sunday): Relaxed Resort Casual Effortless and comfortable—light fabrics, sundresses, linen, and easy, polished looks. As our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, we recommend comfortable footwear and light layers to stay comfortable throughout the evening.

Will events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of rain, celebrations will move indoors to The Kendall’s Halle.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. For guests staying at The Kendall, all wedding events are within easy walking distance.

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest and most convenient airport is San Antonio International Airport (SAT), about a 30-40 minute drive to Boerne.

Question

Should I rent a car or use a Rideshare?

Answer

We recommend renting a car if you’re planning to explore the area or make a long weekend of it. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, but they are more limited in Boerne than in larger cities, especially late at night or early in the morning. For guests staying at The Kendall, wedding events are within walking distance once you arrive.
