What Should I Wear?

Answer

For our wedding, we kindly request Black Tie attire. Gentlemen, please wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. Ladies, a floor length evening gown or a pant suit is perfect. We kindly ask that guest do not wear white. We look forward to seeing everyone in their finest attire!

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. If your invitation says "and guest" or your plus-ones name is written on the invitation, you can bring someone. Thank you for understanding our decision. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Are Children Invited?

Answer

While we adore your children this is an adults only event, select children will be accommodated on an invitation only basis. Please refer to your personal invitation for further clarification.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time before April 29, 2025. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail you RSVP back to us! On the back of the paper RSVP is a QR code you can scan if you prefer to RSVP online!

What Should I Do If I Can't Make It?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "regretfully declines", so we have an accurate guest count.

What If I Don't RSVP In Time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up on our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.) Thank you for understanding!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins.

Can I Take Pictures/Video?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We would love for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, please put all phones and devices away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for them to capture. During the reception, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them! Thank you for understanding!

Can I Bring My Own Alcohol?

We will have bartender. We respectfully ask that you DO NOT bring alcohol of any kind onto The Springs' property, if caught we will be fined $1000. Don't be a party pooper! BYOB setups are not permitted on The Springs property. Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed in the parking lot. All alcoholic beverages must be served from our approved bartender. Thank you!

What If I Need A Ride Home?

Uber does come to The Springs. If anyone needs to Uber, they may leave their vehicle here and pick it up within 24 hours. Please call Uber 45 minutes before ride is needed. If someone cannot afford an Uber, Security will be provide one for them. Please drink responsibly.

Should I bring my ID?

Answer

YES! The bar requires you to have your ID, the real ID app, or your paper ID. They will not accept a photo of your ID. If you do not have it they will not serve you. So make sure to bring it!
