Question
Are kids allowed at the wedding?
Answer
We have weighed heavily on this decision and although we would love to have everyone attend, children are NOT allowed at the wedding, except for those in the wedding party. We understand this may make it difficult for some of you to attend, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you are family to the bride or groom, please let us know if you are having trouble attending, we will happily make exceptions.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive atleast 15 minutes before cermemony time to ensure parking goes smoothly and so you can get settled in time for the ceremony.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The entire wedding will be hosted at C Bar Ranch. The ceremony and cocktail hour will all be outside, weather permitting. Bug spray and other essentials will be provided. Reception to follow inside barn.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The weather in the Alachua area in March is typically in the high 70's to low 50's. Be sure to check the weather before the wedding weekend to prepare in case it is colder then usual.

Will there be parking or transpertation?
Answer
The alachua hotels are a 15-20 minute drive away from C Bar Ranch. Private parking is available on site with handicap accessability. We appologize but no transpertation will be provided. Ubers are available in the area, confirmed by the venue.

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
We will have an OPEN BAR, whoop whoop! Serving a red or white wine, beer including Swamp Head Brewery - Wild Night (honey cream ale), Yuengling and Coors Light. We will also have a signature Whiskey, Rum and Vodka drink. We will also have non-alcohol options as well.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?
Answer
If you arrive early, please let us know! The bride and groom are only 5 minutes from the Alachua hotels and would love to see you. We will also be hosting an after wedding breakfast on Sunday, location and time will be posted in the schedule tab.
