Question

Are we allowed to bring kids and/or plus ones?

Answer

We respectfully request that this be an adult-only event. We want our adult family and friends to have a night to drink, eat, dance, and enjoy themselves without their little ones for a night even though we love them! Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones unless their name is on the invitation. We both have a lot of family and we’d like to keep our wedding day as small as we can.

What date should I RSVP by?

We will need our RSVPs in by July 5th so that we can plan our dinner and seating accordingly.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

We would love the guests to arrive to the mountain around 2-2:30 so that we can get everyone up on the chairlift with lots of extra time. The ceremony starts at 3:00pm. The ceremony will only be thirty minutes, and then we will have cocktail hour and photos from 3:30-4:30pm. From 4:45-5:45 we will do our introductions, first dances, and speeches before dinner at 5:45pm. The rest of the night will be dancing, cake cutting, and finally our sparkler send off at 9pm!

I’m afraid of heights, do I need to take the chairlift?

Answer

We have a separate UTV vehicle for anyone afraid of heights or for anyone who is unable to ride on the chairlift.
