FAQs

The Wedding Website of Mattie Lynn Wise and Trevor James Hewitt Carver
Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we love to see our friends & family dressed up! Please come in summer formal attire. Ladies - keep in mind that we will be mostly on the lawn (apart from the dance floor), so think block heels! Please no shorts or jeans.

Question

What shoud I wear to the welcome cocktail cruise?

Answer

We would love to see everyone in WHITE for the welcome cocktail cruise! Think white/cream/khaki. Feel free to spice it up with a little western style if you wish. We can't wait to see you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we are politely requesting an adults-only event. Enjoy the night off!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only, so we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you don't see another name on the invitation, we are unable to host them, and we appreciate your understanding.

Question

When is the RSVP date?

Answer

The RSVP date is strictly July 15th, 2025. Invitations will be sent out in late May, 2025.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have parking both at Singleton Park on Hyacinth Road, and directly across from the event driveway.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocks of rooms both at the Mountain View Lodge in Manson, as well as Campbells resort in Chelan. There is also an abundance of Air Bnb / VRBO / vacation rentals in the area. Please see the "Travel and Lodging" tab for more details.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
