Do I have to buy a ticket?

Answer

No. Our contract with the festival includes tickets to the festival for all our guests and a lunch reception. Other activities and purchases will be left to your discretion.

What should I wear?

Answer

We will be dressing in costumes, and you should, too! Semi-formal attire is also acceptable, if you prefer. However, costumes are fun and we will be in themed attire, as will our families, so you won't be the odd one out =) We would advise that you wear sturdy shoes. The roads at the festival are gravel, so heels or typical dress shoes would be uncomfortable to wear throughout the day and are likely to be damaged.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is free parking at the festival.

What do I do when the reception is over?

Answer

Whatever you want! The Renaissance Festival has tons of shops and activities to enjoy. We don't have any group activities scheduled after the reception, so you are free to roam around the festival for as long as you like.
