When should I RSVP by? Do I need to mail in my RSVP?

Tell us about the venue!
Answer
Della Terra is located right on the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park! It sits at 8,296 feet, which means gorgeous views and possibly unpredictable weather! We recommend bringing layers, as the temperature in the mountains can change as the day progresses (75 degrees during the day and 50 degrees at night). In addition, staying hydrated will help mitigate any effects from the altitude you might feel. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. We're so excited to share this day with you, and we hope you'll love the venue as much as we do!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are registered through Zola on our wedding website! Please refer to the "Registry" tab above. Although all gifts are deeply appreciated, they are by no means mandatory. We are just happy to have you celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive to the ceremony no later than 2:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
For dress, we would love to see floor-length dresses (cocktail or floral) and suit jackets and slacks (ties not necessary!) Keep in mind this is an indoor/outdoor venue, and we recommend wearing shoes you're comfortable in as well as bringing layers for a potentially chilly evening.

Can I bring a date?

If a "plus one" or additional family member has a seat reserved in their honor, it will be stated when you RSVP via the wedding website.

Are kids welcome?

Although we adore kids, this is an adults only event (other than those included in our ceremony procession). We appreciate your understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The venue has plenty of parking available for guests, however we recommend carpooling with friends and family if possible. There will be golf carts provided by Della Terra to bring guests from the parking lot to the venue. Fun Fact! The golf cart transport is Ryan's second favorite part of our venue :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Transportation to and from the venue from accomodations is not provided.

Am I able to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present in the experience. We want to see your smiling faces, not your phones! Our professional photographers will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. Nate and Anna are great at their job, and we know you'll love their work as much as we do! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony. Please feel free to take as many photos as your phone storage can handle at the cocktail hour and reception! Only rule is that you share your favorites with us :)

Where should I sit during the ceremony?

The ceremony will have theater style seating. Please pick a seat, not a side! We're all family here.
