FAQs

We’ve gathered a few helpful details here to answer common questions and make planning for our wedding weekend a little easier.
Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP as soon as you receive your formal invitation! Just be sure to let us know your response—'yes' or 'no'—by June 18, 2026.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire: Please join us in your finest formal wear.

Question

What does formal mean?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you at our country club wedding! Our dress code is best described as formal cocktail attire, which is slightly less traditional than full formal attire while still being elevated and dressy. We’ve included visual examples in a separate tab to help guide your outfit choices and show the style we are envisioning for our celebration.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception, including the cocktail hour, will all be held indoors.

Question

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

Philadelphia and Baltimore are the closest major airports, while Harrisburg and Allentown are smaller, local options. You can find travel details on our wedding website under the travel tab.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP through our website.

Question

Will there be alcohol

Answer

Yes, there will be a bar for guests to enjoy.

Question

What if I forget to RSVP or don’t submit it in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by June 18th, your response will be recorded as ‘no.’ While we will miss celebrating with you, it is essential that we provide our venue with a final guest count by the deadline. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

Answer

You can find our complete wedding registry here on our website (and purchase directly from our wish list) under the "Registry" tab.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, a wedding gift table will be at our reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open at 2:30 and our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time to park, walk to the ceremony space, and find a seat. For details on parking, please see the question below.

Question

Where do we park at the venue?

Answer

When you arrive, you’ll drive down the long entrance driveway. The first parking lot, on your right, is located near the pool house and driving range and will serve as overflow parking. If you continue straight past the clubhouse, you’ll find the main parking lot just beyond it. Both lots are less than a two-minute walk to the clubhouse, and handicap-accessible spaces are available in each area.

Question

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired an incredible photography team to beautifully capture every moment of our ceremony. To help them do their best work—and so all our guests can be fully present—we kindly ask that you turn off and put away all phones and cameras during the ceremony. But don’t worry—once the reception begins, snap away! We’d love to see your photos uploaded to the app whose QR codes will be posted around the venue!

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

You can post wedding photos on social media, but please wait until we have shared them first. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Answer
