If you are only going to the Fireworks and Dessert party, you do not need a Park ticket. If you would like to go to the Park before the Firework and Dessert Party to ride some rides or experience EPCOT's Food and Wine Festival, you will need a Park ticket.
If you choose to book in our room block with our travel agents Lydia and Josh; the Resorts are Walt Disney World Resorts. If you stay at a Walt Disney World resort, whether in our room block or a resort outside of it, Disney provides an array of different transportation options. To the Ceremony: Monorail or Buses will be your options. For the Fireworks and Dessert Party: Disney's Skyliner, Monorail, and Buses will all be able to transport you to EPCOT. Other options include "Minnie Vans", Lyft, Uber, or renting a car. Those options, of course, will cost extra.
You will head to the bus stops at your Walt Disney World Resort. Once you are there, go to the stop that says "Magic Kingdom". When you get to Magic Kingdom, you have two options; you can either walk down the path that leads to The Grand Floridian or head to the Monorail station and ride the Monorail to The Grand Floridian. For the Monorail, The Grand Floridian will be the 4th stop once you leave the Magic Kingdom station.
This question is a little trickier. It all depends on where you are staying or taking the Monorail from. If you are in the Magic Kingdom Resort area, you will be taking the Monorail that runs in a circle from the park around the Resorts of the Seven Seas Lagoon area. Those Resorts include The Grand Floridian, Polynesian Village, and Disney's Contemporary Resort. If you are in the EPCOT area, you will be taking the Monorail to the transfer station. Once you get to the transfer station, you will hop over to the Monorail on the other side of the station. It's not a long walk, it is just across from the other Monorail. Once on that Monorail, you will ride it till you arrive at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Disney's Monorail will announce each stop.
