July 11th, 2026 There are two ways to RSVP: you can send back the RSVP card or you can RSVP directly through Zola.
Semi- formal attire. We encourage our guests to wear light fabrics and and colors. The ceremony space is surrounded by trees which provide some shade/breeze but it has the potential to be very hot in August. For women: For women, knee to full-length dresses, pantsuits, or jumpsuits. There will be some walking between the ceremony and reception sites. The pathways are a mix of paved and gravel. Please choose shoes accordingly. For men: A suit or sports coat (tie optional but recommended).
Yes, we are registered at Zola and Crate & Barrel. Please refer to the Registry tab for more information.
Yes, there is a very large parking lot in the middle of the venue. The ceremony and reception are being held at the same location, so no need to coordinate travel between events. Cars can be parked in the lot overnight if travel plans change. There will be a shuttle bringing guests to and from the hotel.
We will be providing a shuttle service to drive guests to-and-from the venue. The shuttle pickup is at the Fairfield Inn. There is also the option to Uber. We suspect there won't be an issue getting an Uber to the venue, but due to the venue's location in a less populated area, it might be difficult to get one back to the hotel. Please plan accordingly. Cars are able to stay in the venue parking lot overnight.
Although we adore your children, we have chosen to keep our celebration limited to adult guests, with the exception of children in our immediate family.
Guests need to be seated by 4:15 for the start of the ceremony. There is a < 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site. Guests can start arriving as early as 3:00pm.
