Cool and comfortable clothing. For guys, we recommend a good button-up short-sleeved shirt, shorts, and flip-flops. For ladies, a sundress and some cute sandals (maybe a floppy hat). Nothing fancy!
Matthias will be making some carnitas and a chicken option for those of you who do not like pork.
We suggest you bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a personal fan. Although the ceremony is later in the evening it is still August in Texas so plan accordingly.
We will be serving two signature cocktails, beer, and wine. So if you want anything special BYOB. However, please drink responsibly as we are guests in this home. We will also have several non-alcoholic beverages for guests including tea, water, and soda.
We’d love for you to enjoy the moment with us, so we kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We’ll have a photographer capturing everything, and we’ll share those photos with you afterward.
It’s totally cool if you bring your kids, and we’d love to celebrate with guests of all ages. However, please note that the wedding is primarily an adult-focused party, so keep that in mind when deciding whether to bring the little ones.
Since it’s summer in Texas, we’re expecting sunny skies, but we’ll have a backup plan in case of rain. Stay tuned for updates closer to the date.
Please arrive around 5:00 pm. This will allow everyone time to park and get settled before the festivities begin. Additionally, keep in mind the ferry ride may take extra time during the summer.
The property has a large 25-car parking lot. We also have permission to park along the street and in the next-door grassy lot. We will have someone there to help direct traffic on the day of.
We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. This helps us finalize the headcount for food, drinks, and rentals.
