Once upon a time in the lovely land of Philadelphia, a Gentleman found a lady in the oddest of ways..... ONLINE! When the gentleman realized that the lady liked him as well he wanted to set up a date to meet the lady in person. The gentleman asked the lady, “We should get dinner so we can get to know each other more.” To which the lady responded, “ oh no not tonight!” The gentleman shocked by such a response went, “ I did not mean tonight my lady. A lady should not assume.” Once the date was set up there were butterflies in the air. The address of the lady was not so easily accessible as the gentleman rode past it numerous time with no help. Once the gentleman picked up the lady, to dinner they went. Dinner was a tragedy on Broadway in which the lady barely talked and ate during this quick dinner date. A mess that the gentleman was not sure was worth a second venture, but the booty, sorry beauty convinced him otherwise. Luckily it did as happily ever after began shortly there after...
... The official first date was 7/3/2016 in front of the Philly pops, a true vintage date for the gentleman and the lady. Well besides the gentleman being yelled at by an old lady and having a questionable webpage open on his phone. The date was perfect and led to many more. So 3 years later the gentleman thought the perfect place to propose would be at the very same event, but onstage with the orchestra in front of thousands. The gentleman worked with the staff of the Philly Pops for about 6 months so the plan could go off without a hitch. The plan was to get on stage as part of a contest that the gentleman won and he would be given a prize. After going through the checkpoints the lovely couple was brought on stage and the conductor gave the prize (an empty bag) to the lady and then stated the gentleman had a question. The gentleman then got on one knee in front of thousands. The lady began to ugly cry so bad it was like the Amazon flowed from her eyes. The gentleman asked ‘Will you marry me?’ To which the lady responded in between sniffles, YES! Then there was a roaring ovation for the couple to begin their Happily Ever After.
