Finally getting hitched

In 2010 we were set up by some friends and dated for a short period of time, ended on my part and stayed friends for a while but lost contact. About five years later we run into each other and he hits me with a one liner that hooked me in again. Again, dated for a short period of time but he ended things this time. Life just wasn't ready for us and we went our separate ways. This time for a shorter amount of time. Less than two years later we start talking on a app my brother made me download to talk to him at basic and the app told me to say hi to Matthew as he also had the app and his phone number was still in my phone. I said hi and passed out, I woke up the next day to tons of messages and texts from him. We chatted for a while and went on our third first date on new years eve 2017 into 2018, til this day we still cant agree if the start of the date or the end of the date is our anniversary. The last seven years has been a series of amazing memories and new chapters. Even though I dragged my feet for about five of them. I am so happy to say that after eight years together and 16 years since we first met we are finally going to be Husband and Wife.
