Welcome Event - Tubing

5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us for tubing if your flights and energy levels allow after a long day of travel! Dress extra warm and wear something waterproof — it’s going to be chilly but a ton of fun! We will get dinner at Cafe Rio after tubing. It is similar to a Chipotle and can be eaten there or taken to go. There is also many other options in that area as well.

$65 per person for 2 hours

Rehearsal Dinner

Family and Extended Family Dinner Friends, please take this time to make your own plans, but keep in mind we will have an event for friends after the dinner is over in Downton Main Street at No Name Saloon.

The Night Before Party with the Bride and Groom

9:00 pm

If you would like to meet the Bride and Groom downtown, they will be getting drinks after their family dinner at No Name Saloon.

Wedding Ceremony

7:30 am

Please dress warm or in your ski attire and be ready to hit the slopes right after we say "I Do"

We will have breakfast snacks and warm drinks in a hotel room. Please ask the front desk and they will direct you to the correct room.

Skiing with the Bride and Groom

9:00 am

Skiing Attire

For guests that do not want to ski, there will be a lunch meet up at the Umbrella Bar from 1-2:30 in the Canyons Village for anyone who would like to join and celebrate.

Sunday Rest

After a full weekend of skiing and late nights we want to keep this day open for rest and plan things by word of mouth.

Please know that the bride and groom will want to sleep in and want to keep this day open for rest and spending time with people that they may have not seen as often through the weekend due to them not skiing. And know that if you would like to ski or do your own thing - Please feel free!
