Vicki and Matt were both on Opening Team of Star Wars Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios, but crazy enough, did not cross paths for almost an entire year of working there. One day Vicki was ranting in the office about the postal service breaking a mug her friend shipped her, which was repaid by a gift card, which was then lost, and repaid by 100 worth of stamps. Matthew then walked into the office to drop off lost and found and Vicki was met by a "sorry to hear about your stamps." This led to an immediate friendship full of laughter, fun, and eventually traveling. What started as group theme park vacations turned to solo weekend trips to "optimize on vacation time." As their coaster counts grew, so did their hearts and slowly their relationship blossomed into more than just a friendship. Vicki and Matt began to develop their life together expanding to interests in more hobbies such as arcades and pinball, and even have built their own at home arcade... in their dining room. At this point for these two, weekend trips have now included sneaking in a trip to the local arcade after the parks close. Their most meaningful trip thus far was last August where they circled back to one of their favorites Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio. They both spent the day in the park and ended the night with a walk on the beach in between rainstorms. Matt asked Vicki if she had enough footage of their trip and said "lets get one last shot of us walking toward the water." Vicki propped her phone and they strolled toward the water. It was then that Matt got down on one knee and asked Vicki to marry him. Vicki and Matt have traveled all over for their adventures, riding hundreds of unique roller coasters in multiple different countries, leaving them to enter this Theme Park Summer with Vicki having ridden 483, and Matt 538. Vicki and Matt look forward to you all guessing their coaster counts after this next theme park season at their wedding on October 25, 2026 at the Howey Mansion in Howey-In-The-Hills Florida!
