Two Harbors has a general store that is open 9am-6pm. They have your basic needs, groceries, souvenirs, camping supplies, coffee, ice cream, and pizza. If there is something specific you will need, you can call them at (310) 510-4217.
There is a continental breakfast served at the Banning House from 7am-9am. If you are looking for a larger breakfast or lunch, you can head over to the West End Galley. Our personal favorite is their breakfast burrito and burger! Their hours are: Friday 7am-9pm Saturday 8am-4pm Sunday 7am-4pm
Dress like you are going to a casual dinner with friends or dinner on family vacation. We will be eating at park picnic tables around BBQs, so please be comfy and maybe bring a light sweater to keep warm.
For the ceremony wear something you would wear to a nice Sunday brunch or family photos. Wear comfy shoes, as you may be walking on unpaved dirt roads to the ceremony. There will be time between the ceremony and reception, so if you want to change into something warmer for the evening feel free! The reception will be on an outdoor patio with picnic tables.
The average weather in Catalina, this time of year, is a low of 55 degrees and high of 75 degrees. The average water temp in October is in the high 60s. We recommend packing layers, a swim suit (as there are plenty of water activities), athleisure wear, and tennis shoes for hiking. You can also get away with a pair of flops the entire trip if that is your vibe. October is a relatively sunny and a dry time of year at Two Harbors.
