Doors to The Bardot will open at 4:30pm and ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm CST. Please allow ample time for traveling to the venue and getting seated.
Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please note any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
Kick off the weekend with us! After the rehearsal dinner, we'd love for you to join us for welcome drinks! We'll be gathering in the lobby bar at Hotel Kansas City around 8:00 PM, but the location may change to the Nighthawk at Hotel Kansas City. Please check with Taylor or Matt for the most up-to-date information.
We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only event with the exception of those in our bridal party and immediate family. Your understanding means the world to us, and we hope you can join us for our big day!
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. If you have been provided a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation.
We're aiming for a semi-formal look for our wedding. The ceremony and reception will be indoors, with cocktail hour enjoyed outdoors. Please keep an eye on the forecast, as Midwest weather can be a bit of a surprise!
While we are encouraging people to Uber/Lyft, there is minimal available parking provided by the venue on the corner of 16th Street and McGee. Please note, there is no parking in this lot overnight.
