We kindly ask guests to wear semi-formal attire. Please refrain from wearing jeans. For women, short or long dresses are welcome, and dressy pants are perfectly appropriate. Men are encouraged to wear long pants with a collared shirt or a suit—ties are optional.
Women can wear sundresses or dressy pants, and men are welcome to wear shorts or long pants with a collared shirt or nice t-shirt. We’ll also have a campfire, so you may want to dress comfortably for the outdoors.
Yes! Unless you’ve already spoken with us, we kindly ask that you take the shuttle to the welcome party. Parking at the venue is extremely limited (just a few spots!), and there is no street parking available. Shuttles will pick up from the Sleep Inn hotel at: 5:30 PM for the rehearsal dinner 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM for the welcome party Return shuttles to the hotel will run at: 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, and 10:30 PM
Yes! Shuttles will begin picking up guests from the hotel starting at 3:30 PM. There are only two departure times—3:30 PM and 4:00 PM—so we kindly encourage you to take the earlier shuttle to help ensure everyone arrives on time for the 4:30 PM ceremony. We also recommend taking the shuttle, as the road to the venue is winding and not well-lit at night. Ceremony music will begin at 4:00 PM, and bottled water will be provided. Please note that the ceremony space offers very limited shade. Return shuttles back to the hotel will depart at 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, and 10:30 PM.
If you’re driving to the venue, you may leave your car overnight, but it must be picked up before 8:00 AM on Saturday morning, as there will be another wedding taking place later that day.
