Picture this: “Starry Night in the Rocky Mountains.” We’re aiming for a vibe that’s elevated, elegant, and ready to shine from a glowing afternoon to a star-lit mountain night. Dress nicely, add a little sparkle, and most importantly, pick something comfy enough to dance, toast, and laugh all night long. No need to show up in a ball gown or a tux (unless that’s your jam, then shine on!). We want you to feel fabulous and at ease. For inspiration, check out the photo at the top of the Schedule page. So, come as your best self, ready to celebrate under the Colorado stars.
Please RSVP by May 4, 2026, so we know how many chairs, hugs, and slices of cake to prepare! If you’re running fashionably late, just let us know as soon as possible. We promise not to send a search party (unless you want one)!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 P.M. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to find your seat, take in the mountain views, and maybe snap a selfie before the festivities begin. The reception starts at 5:30 P.M., with some wiggle room in between.
Estes Park Center is the place to be unless you’re secretly training for a cross-country commute! Snow Mountain Ranch is gorgeous, but unless you love road trips, stick with Estes Park Center for convenience, fun, and proximity to the party, because Snow Mountain Ranch is 3 hours away. (Trust us, your GPS will thank you.)
The closest airport to Estes Park is Denver International Airport. To get to and from Estes Park, one may need to rent a vehicle or arrange a shuttle. Shuttles between Denver International Airport (DIA) and Estes Park are available for $85 per passenger one-way and $155 round-trip. Book at www.estesparkshuttle.com, and reserve at least a week in advance (mountain travel gets busy!). Shuttle times vary, so pick one that fits your flight schedule. If you’re staying at the YMCA, there’s parking, and staff will guide you. Lyft and Uber are also options, but plan ahead; mountain adventures require a little extra coordination!
We’re going for a “high on happiness, low on spirits” vibe, so the ceremony and reception will be dry. But if you’re staying for the weekend, feel free to bring your favorite beverages and toast to the mountains, the stars, or just making it through the drive! Just make sure your cabin or hotel’s rules are followed when it comes to bringing your own alcoholic beverage or marijuana. And remember: we will not be posting bail, haha! A friendly heads-up: Colorado sits over 5,000 feet above sea level, so alcohol and marijuana might hit you differently than at home. Also, while marijuana is legal here, if you’re traveling from a state where it isn’t, please don’t risk it; serious legal trouble isn’t a souvenir anyone wants!
Maybe! If you want to bring extra loved ones, let us know by May 4, 2026, and we’ll see how many more hugs we can fit in. If you’re making this a vacation, bring your crew for the weekend, just not the entire soccer team, please (unless they’re just here for the mountain air, then more power to you). The more, the merrier, especially if you’re making memories beyond the event itself.
We love your little ones, so feel free to bring them. If you think it might be too much, there are plenty of activities at the YMCA to keep them entertained, so check those out before you arrive if possible. (We want everyone to have fun, big and small!)
Nope! Stay a night, two, or the whole holiday weekend, whatever suits your adventure style. Please coordinate with the hotel so they know when to expect your presence. No pressure, no guilt trips, just good vibes and comfy beds!
We want everyone to be well-fed and happy! Let us know about any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. There will be a vegetarian option. If you’re hoping for a five-star chef, we can recommend some local restaurants for after the party!
Estes Park Center is wheelchair accessible. If you need any special accommodations, please let your hotel staff know when making reservations, and let us know. We want everyone to feel comfortable and included. The ceremony and reception are both wheelchair accessible.
Outside the event, you’re welcome to bring your favorite treats and beverages, just follow your cabin or hotel’s rules. If you’re a midnight snacker, pack accordingly!
We’re ready for whatever Colorado throws at us! The ceremony and reception will be indoors, but if you’re planning to explore, bring an umbrella, sunscreen, and maybe a sense of adventure. Weather is part of the fun, just think of it as nature’s confetti!
We’re all about keeping the celebration going! If you’re staying for the weekend, there may be informal gatherings, campfire chats, or spontaneous dance parties. Keep an eye out for updates, and bring your best moves!
No, we do not have a wedding registry. If you’d like to provide a gift, checks are welcome to help fund the wedding and events, if you so wish.
