We will be having Chef Andrew Blake prepare our meals. When RSVPing please include which meal you would like him to prepare you. The choices are: 1. Homemade Chicken Parmesan with San Marzano tomato sauce and homemade mozzarella, served with sauteed broccolini in olive oil and garlic. 2. Parmesan Crusted Veal Chop served with a warm tomato and artichoke salad, and a veal sauce which includes fresh capers, lemon, garlic, and Pinot Grigio. 3. Homemade Lobster Risotto with a touch of Sambuca and fresh herbs. For dessert, we will be having Homemade Tiramisu with Amaretto Frangelico Liquor and Kahlua.
