When should I arrive

Please arrive between 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM to be on time for the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we hope you appreciate that children and plus one guests are only invited if named on the RSVP.

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

No alcohol will be allowed at this event. There is a bar within walking distance of the property. Feel free to head down to the bar whenever you please, however, do refrain from bringing any back onto the property.

Where will I park my car?

Answer

Public parking is available in The Village shops back parking lot. Shuttles will be available for bring the guests from the parking lot to the property. There is no parking available at the Matthews' property.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal attire! This event will take place outside during the afternoon-evening hours. A typical summer day in big bear can reach between 80-90 degrees F. and lows of 50-60 degrees F.
