What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is September 5, 2026 and you will receive a formal invitation to respond to. Please note- if we do not get a response from you by the designated date, we will be marking you down as not coming.

Can I come to the "Howdy" Hour Welcome Drinks?

Answer

Yes, everyone is invited to the welcome drinks event! Please come spend some time with us the night before for some drinks to start the weekend off right!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but this party is just for the grown-ups (21+)! Take the night off and come celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you only bring a plus-one if your invitation specifically includes one. We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we’re keeping our guest list intimate.

What should we wear?

Answer

Dress up, but don’t stress! Dresses or jumpsuits for women work beautifully. Men can wear dress pants and a blazer or a full suit (no tux required). We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, cream or similar shades reserved for the bride.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at precisely 5:00pm. Guests are permitted to arrive beginning at 4:30 to enjoy pre-ceremony champagne. If you arrive later than 4:55pm you will not be permitted in and will have to wait until the ceremony has ended to join us.

Are you allowing phones during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re going unplugged! We ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away so you can enjoy the moment with us — and so our photographer can capture all your smiling faces, not your screens.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoor/outdoor.

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

McKinney, TX typically has mild, pleasant weather in late October, with daytime highs in the mid-70s°F, cooler nights in the mid-50s°F. Expect sunny skies and comfortable fall conditions.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner and desserts. If you have a specific dietary restriction- please reach out to Shelby or Matt.

What's the parking/ride share situation?

Answer

There will be transportation picking up and dropping off at The Denzien hotel for those guests that RSVP to the shuttle busses. There is parking at The Rosemary Barn venue, but it is not permitted overnight. We are in a HIGHLY populated areas so Ubers/Lyfts are extremely easy to come by.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The reception will end with a send off at 11:00pm. Following this- if we're still going- the party may continue at "The Common Table" bar, located next to The Denizen Hotel.
