Where is the Venue/How do I get to it?

Answer

You’ll find everything you need on our website! The Travel page includes directions to the venue, and the Schedule page outlines the order of events along with all relevant addresses. Both the Ceremony and Reception will take place at Crete Farms, so there’s no need to travel between locations, just arrive, relax, and enjoy the celebration!

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony? For the Reception?

Answer

If you're attending both the ceremony and reception, the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 2:00 PM to allow time to park, get settled, and ensure everything starts smoothly. If you're joining us for the reception only, the ceremony will conclude at the latest by around 4:30 PM, so arriving at 5:00 PM is perfect.

How do I RSVP? & When does it need to be in by?

Answer

There’s a QR code on your invitation that will take you straight to the RSVP page on our website. You can also visit the website directly and click on the RSVP tab—just search your name to respond. We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by August 1st, so we can provide an accurate guest count to our vendors. If we don’t receive your RSVP by then, unfortunately, we won’t be able to reserve you a seat on the seating chart!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

We’re so sorry you won’t be able to join us—you’ll definitely be missed! Even if you can’t make it to the ceremony or reception, we kindly ask that you still submit your RSVP and select “Not Attending.” It really helps us finalize our head count and planning. Thank you!

Does Everyone get a Plus 1?

Answer

No, your RSVP will indicate whether a plus-one has been included with your invitation. If a guest is listed, you'll be able to RSVP for both of you.

Will Kids be Allowed at the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome at both the ceremony and reception if they were included on your invitation (you’ll see this when you RSVP). We kindly ask that little ones are supervised, especially during the ceremony, to help keep the moment peaceful and meaningful for everyone.

Is there a Dress Code for Wedding Guests?

Answer

Yes, we kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire—please, no jeans. We also request that you avoid wearing the wedding colors: Moss Green and White, so the couple and wedding party can stand out on the big day. As the wedding takes place in September in Pennsylvania, we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance. Temperatures can vary widely that time of year. The ceremony is currently planned to be held outdoors, so please choose footwear with that in mind. In the event of severe weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Is there a Phone Policy?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment, and we'd love for everyone to be fully present. Keeping devices tucked away also helps ensure our photos are free of distractions—no phones or arms in the aisle!

How does Parking work?

Answer

There is a spacious parking lot located next to the main barn at Crete Farms. Parking attendants will be on hand to guide you to a spot, ensuring a smooth arrival. There’s plenty of parking available, so everyone should be accommodated comfortably. Since both the ceremony and reception are held at the same venue, you won’t need to worry about traveling between locations.

Is there a Smoking Policy?

Answer

Yes, we kindly ask that smoking, including vaping, be done only in Crete Farms’ designated outdoor smoking areas. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What is the Bar situation?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be offering an open bar throughout the celebration, available until the drinks run out. To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, a constable provided by Crete Farms will be on site to monitor guests, particularly those under 21 or who may overindulge. Since the bar is open, tips for our bartender are warmly appreciated!

For Bridal Shower & Wedding/Gift Customization Purposes how do we address gifts to the Bride and Groom?

Answer

Sarah & Matthew are both going to be joining and changing their last names to "Radcliffe-Stroop" if anyone wanted to get any personalized gifts that is the name that should be used (For example, Sarah's full name will be Sarah Radcliffe-Stroop & Matt's will be Matthew Radcliffe-Stroop)
