Room blocks are unavailable due to NC A&T Homecoming weekend so book ASAP. Consider an AIR BNB or book a VRBO with multiple people to cut costs. Rooms are getting insanely pricey already. I (Sarah) did work with a hotel coordinator, and he was able to get large discounts for rooms if you're booking a hotel. LODGING INFORMATION INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION

IMPORTANT LODGING INFORMATION Dear Family and Friends, We are so looking forward to having you share in one of the most important days of our lives. We appreciate your time and travel to be a part of our wedding. A little FYI: We were so careful to stay clear of a date conflict with the High Point Furniture Market that we failed to realize our weekend event would coincide with the A&T HOMECOMING. If you know the school and its massive alumni, you’d know that it is a HUGE event and money maker for the city of Greensboro. As a result, this unfortunately has interfered with our ability to get blocks for any hotel rooms for our out of town wedding guests. There are rooms scattered here and there that can be booked but it would mean that you would have to call around our area hotels to see what’s available. Another lodging option is Air B&B or VRBO in Greensboro or High Point. We have some hotels that you can contact that are grouped somewhat together that are closer to the highway and airport. Those are listed below. We were able to get transportation from these hotels. TRANSPORTATION: HOLIDAY TOURS, PICK UP/DEPARTURE TO VENUE -3:30pm-4:00pm, DEPARTURE FROM VENUE: 9:00pm and 10:30pm LOCATION OF TRANSPORTATION: Hampton Inn Greensboro-Airport: 7803 National Service Rd, Greensboro, NC 27409
